Romaine's was a restaurant suggestion from a friend. We met there for dinner one night in March and could not believe how bad the service was. Our server was pleasant and did her best but the host staff was aloof to say the least and the food was average at best. Making matters worse, my friend ordered a cocktail which tasted like fruit juice. They went too heavy on the syrup. He asked for a different drink and it was even worse. Four of us were at the table, three ordered drinks, nobody else wanted to even try a second cocktail. The experience was bad enough that I would not return.

Best place in northborough by far! Great food and nice service, above average prices, dinner for two was around $58

This place is a local gem!! Lovely decor on the inside, prompt service, excellent cocktails and the best fish tacos I think I've ever had. Far exceeded my expectations and will definitely be going back.
