My son and I went in on a weekday morning and we were the only ones there initially. Our food still came after the people that came in after us. We got French toast and the create-a-face pancake. Our server was awesome though and the bacon was good and crispy. I just wish we didn't wait longer than the people who came in and ordered after us.

Staff was nice, but the food was fair. Scrambled eggs were not fresh. They were lukewarm stiff chunks. Of all my years of eating at IHOP, I've never had anything like it. But the turkey sausage was good.

Our kids love pancakes, but we were reluctant to stop when we weren't having a particularly good day.  It was just what we needed.  The kids were happy, good came quickly, and even our messy toddler didn't seem to bother them.  We'll definitely return at some point, as it's a great place to stop while getting lots of shopping done in the Northboro Crossing.

Horrible!! I've been there a couple of times since they opened and I still haven't been able to sit down and eat. There's always an issue, short of staff and rude. Not going back there again. I'll rather go to the one in Northborough.

The food is good but they can never get the service right. Always something missing. Order incorrect, wait staff has a memory lapse. Last choice for a good experience. There is something better out there.
