Horrible. Found a 1/4” shard of bone in the Fish & Chips. Showed the waitress, who said “that’s so terrible” three times & did nothing else. I’d hope that she would let the kitchen know, not sure if she did. Nothing was done to make good on this issue. How disgusting is it when you feel something sharp & hard in your food & thankfully don’t choke on it? Gross, also the cost is not a value for the meal portions served, you’ll do better going to a nicer restaurant. The quality used to be great a few years ago, what happened?! Very disappointing.

for 1 Margaritas barely had any tequila; tasted more like a lime drink without alcohol.  Husband's fries were not hot and bottom of the bag, meaning more bits instead of fries.  Waitress sent in another order for fries, but by the time it came my husband was nearly finished his sandwich.  My Fiesta chicken was room temp, not hot, rice was dry as if it had been sitting for awhile.  Very disappointing as we rarely go out to eat, but we had  given a gift card so we're excited.  Waitress was wonderful, manager was very nice and didn't charge us for my meal plus reordered my meal to go.  This is not the first time we've been disappointed in Applebee's.  We went around 2 p.m. and the place was not busy at all.  We've heard others have not been happy either.  It used to be awesome, not sure what happened.  Will not go there again.

Rickey, our server, was the best.  He was the best server we have had in a long while.  Food was good and hot.  Drinks were inexpensive but very weak which was my only negative.  Not enough a problem to reduce a star though because I understand you can't charge a dollar for a drink and expect much alcohol.  Rickey though made a 4 star visit to a 5 star.  We appreciate it.

This Applebee's was fantastic! Our party of six walked right in with no problem being seated right away at 5:30 PM on a Tuesday. Our server came right over,  had drinks within 5 mins. Ordered apps and before we had a chance to finish them,  our dinners arrived. Great service,  excellent food,  and reasonably priced!

I came in and was happily greeted by the hostess which was awesome. What really stuck out was the incredible service we received from Patricia. She made sure food was delivered promptly and drinks were constantly filled. Also, she genuinely asked what our goal was meal wise and gave her opinions on what she felt about certain dinners. I will always ask got her as a server in the future. Thank you Patricia!
