There's a reason there's always a line here. It's fast food done right. You can actually feel the culture pouring off of the employees and into you, immediately making you feel welcome, and at ease. The rest of Ocala's business owners should take note. Hire the right people, enforce the standards of service, and the guests will show up. The fact that the Spicy Chicken Deluxe is the best sandwich on ANY fast food menu doesn't hurt either.

Always one of our favorite places to eat on our way down south. Staff at every location we have eaten are the friendliest you could ask for. Food is always tasty and hot and the lemonade is to die for. My only complaint is they are not in Canada yet. If they were would go every day. Yum yum!!

I'm always quite impressed with how well things run at this chik-fil-a location. Always quick service and incredibly friendly staff. I've been here more than once and enjoyed it every time; but especially this afternoon. I left actually thinking about how nice the cashier was and how nice the woman who gave me my food was.

Yum! The service is always fast, friendly, and accurate. They always get my order right. Staff acknowledge who you are, are courteous to you, say "hello", "my pleasure" Etc unlike other fast food restaurants. The chicken is the most amazing piece of food I have ever put in my mouth.

Very polite staff but they don't listen well in drive-thru.  And lines ate ling - tho they have 2 & had person outside to try & facilitate things... but, ordered one sandwich plain - asked order taker to confirm - reply?  "Um... sure?" Asked money taker, said she was sure would be plain, asked delivery girl, but she seemed unsure...  simple order, one plain sandwich, but nothing noted on receipt... HUGE line, so once you get food, "looking" feels frowned upon - but I looked in quick n saw nothing so was icky surprise to find pickles (HATE pickles) & they seeped into whole thing so wasted money.  Tried to call - no answer (it was crazy busy).  They are always busy, so perhaps fluke?
