Tonight I had the absolute worst service ever at this location.  The waitress was terrible.  She was chubby with long black hair and bad teeth.  She took forever to take our order and never checked back after we received our food.  She brought the check and we had to ask for our dessert we ordered on the tablet tablet on the table.  I asked for more mountain dew and a box which she never returned with.  We ended up paying our check via the table tablet.  I had to ask the hostess for a box. Very disappointing.  The bathroom was also a complete disaster.That being said, the food was good.

My wife daughter and I can't say enough about the tremendous customer service especially Ms Amber & Ms Jessica.  Good food & affordable,  any issues we've ever had were quickly fixed. We really enjoy ourselves here and again many thanks to our favorite servers there Great and will take good care of you.

Went with a group. Our server was awesome. 
However the kitchen was backed up. It took forever for food to arrive and it came out with one or 2 trays at a time. One of our party had plastic in her soup. The last person to receive her plate gotta it about 20 minutes after the first person got her main course if not longer and her order was messed up too. I'm hoping this is just a fluke bc i gave always really enjoyed Applebees.

They seem to be getting away from being a restaurant with a bar. to being a bar with a restaurant. I sat at bar and the Yahoo to right really wanted to talk to dude on my left.  I offered to swap seats. He said he had been there since 5 oclock and wasn't moving. What a prick!!! His freaking face was over my plate. You'll see him if you are there every day at same time.

Wait for seating was crazy, it was chaotic inside, and some of the wait staff had awful attitudes. The more stressed your staff, the worse your reviews are going to be. Loved having Austin though!
