The restaurant was mostly clean, a couple napkins on the floor but that was understandable as there were a few children eating there. The kitchen floor, however, was trashed. Not a deal breaker for me, as I understand that sometimes you're too busy to sweep up. The staff took my order quickly and accurately, in addition they provided a positive experience. The order-taker (who I believe is called "Destiny") engaged with both the children and me simultaneously without losing track of either conversation. She remained interested and kept up her side of the conversation even after a long day of work. The food took a little while to arrive, but that was expected as they seemed a bit busy. I have eaten at the taco Bell before and each time the front line staff provides a positive experience for me. The last time I ate here, they ran out of their promotional item, and the managers did all in their power to correct the issue. The food is typically above the average taco Bell quality, thought it is dependent on what time you arrive, later in the night or when things are busy the quality tends to decrease (as is expected). Let's not burrito the bush, it was a positive experience with allot to taco bout.

Dining room was disgusting, looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day. The male cashier was not friendly at all, thrust my change back at me. Charged me for food I did not order. The food was terrible. It was obvious that whomever was preparing the food was either just being sloppy or not changing their gloves. I say this because of the ingredients that were present in my food that did not belong there. This place has certainly gone down hill. It would seem that whomever was managing night shift tonight could certainly have kept the team a bit more focused on cleanliness, friendliness, and accuracy.

HORRIBLE, STAY AWAY.(After 9pm) Day time does a great Job- This is directed at the night crew. they make everything tiny and undersized. 3 months ago you could get real adult sized meals. now they put 50 percent less,product and still.have the nerve to charge you more. Its so bad every time I go I have to make a manager make my orders because they make to small or completely leave out ingredients. Ridiculous. Lucky i have had the same order made correctly at another location. So i know what the expectations should be. Clowns Indeed.

My issue with this place is not the food, but the cashier who asked my husband questions about our personal business and flirted with him directly in front of me. The only thing that kept me from jumping over the counter and beating her ass was my husband telling her that I am the only woman he wants and that she was disrespectful to try and come between a marriage at her job. I will not be back.

Just walked into the middle off emoloyees arguing with other, and the manager arguing with them. She should have kicked them out or dragged them to the back. I certainly felt like walking back out. Hopefully the food is better than the service.
