I came to appplebee's with a craving for good ribs, and good service. Maybe 3 minutes into my visit I realized that wasn't going to happen today. Our waitress was extremely rude, I know people have bad days but you're job is to service your guests. The ribs seemed like they were on standby for the better part of the day I soon realized I would have been better off pulling the meat from a McRib and slapping it on my plate. To wrap this up, I could have spent $40 elsewhere.

I don’t like to write bad reviews based on 1 bad experience. I like to give the place another shot. Well, it’s time for the bad review! Multiple times at car side to go no one comes out. Had to walk in at least 3 times and find someone. When I did find someone I was told to walk over and see the bartender instead of being helped at the designated car side area. So, this weekend we decided to go inside of the restaurant instead. That wasn’t any better! Seated with no menus and had to go find someone to get us a menu after about 5 minutes. Server told us he was hungover, then after being brought the incorrect salad, he still tried to bring it back to us TWICE! He said it was cheaper than what we actually wanted. Hhmmm.....

Kyle is amazing! I love how prompt he is to greet you 👌 Jesus was our server and he did a great job taking care of us all. I had a great experience.

Waited at the front door for an attendant and we had to reach out to someone to get seated! If it had been busy I would totally understand but it wasn’t and they just walked by they saw us and they didn’t even try to seat us!! Employees were drinking also, if they were off of work fine but if not, then not done at all.  Food was delicious though! 😁

Good food and nice atmosphere.  Totally enjoyed my meal. Applebees was just what I expected,  been to several of them.
