The best thing about this meal was the wings appetizer. Sadly the bourbon chicken and shrimp was bad. Dry potatoes, flavorless chicken and not enough garlic butter. The food came out in good time but not really worth it, even when the waitress was great. Next time I am going to go to Chili's. This ruined me on Applebee's.

Really good service and love the riblets. Bathroom was equipped with a baby changing station which was really helpful. We had a problem paying with our card but management was quick to respond and even came to our table right away to see if there was anything they could do to correct the mistake. Very professional and I will be returning. Awesome customer service!

Service was the worst through out the hole night the waitress kept messing with the tablet thing on the table finally at the end of the night she told us to pay through the damn thing so we did. When we were about to leave the waitress runs up to my car and yells "you didn't pay" she made a big scene i walked with her back to the restaurant and she brought the manager out, they tell me my card was only charged half the bill and they don't know why. I asked if it could be because of the tablet they have because they been having to restart it 2 times she said "no its because you don't have money". Who the hell says that outloud to a customer when they are the ones that can't process a payment correctly i gave them cash for the remainder of the bill so they didn't have any excuse this time, and told them to keep the change and they were offended like really you got offended? Plus i had given the waitress a small tip of 6 bucks for her bad service she asked "is this for me?" I said yes she just made a face at me and slamed the money on the counter and didn't say anything else and just gave me my receipt. I use to like it here i would come in every other week now this will be my last time.
