So I gave this place a second chance. I ordered gnocchi and you could either have it with white or red sauce. The bread was brought and it was good. When my meal was served, the sauce was runny and it looked like they just tossed a scoop of RAGU sauce on top of the boiled gnocchi that weren't drained properly... The sauce well.. It was runny and absolutely terrible!! Why the two stars? The bread was good and our server was good and friendly. Would I ever go back? No, not at all

This is NOT the Rosa's I used to eat at years ago when I lived here. My mother had the spaghetti and meatballs and I had the beef ravioli. Both were terrible. The sauce tasted canned, watered down, processed, and bland. (Not a fresh simple Italian red sauce) I can't quite explain what the spaghetti noodles tasted like..... just like they were boiled in old water? The ravioli were mediocre at best. I rarely give a bad review., but all I could think was this place needs a rescue show to come in and save it. It used to be such a nice place to eat. #supersad

I brought my date here thinking it would be a nice romantic place to have dinner. However, it was all but. We were both taken back by the darkness which made it seem more like a dungeon than an Italian restaurant. Perhaps this is just a method to keep patrons from noticing how outdated this place is. Not a great way to impress a date. As far as the food, I would say it was mediocre at best. Their pastas were a bit watered down. My date later complained of an upset stomach. It could have been something else but I can't say for sure. I'm not sure what the fuss was about this place, I personally think some of these 5 star reviews must've written by the staff or family members of the restaurant but who knows. For me personally, I've tasted better food elsewhere, including Olive Garden. It's also a bit pricey so bring enough money. On the plus side, the waiter was friendly so the star was for that purpose.

My sister decided on coming here for lunch. We've never been here and decided to give it a try. When we first stepped inside, we were surprised to see how dark it was. Didn't seem like a typical Tuesday afternoon lunch atmosphere but I guess some people like eating in the dark. We were seated on a table and asked if we'd like drinks, so I ordered a coffee. Shortly after, my coffee arrives with a side of creamer. After adding a little creamer and sugar to my coffee, I took a sip only to realize it was ice cold. I called our waiter over and asked him if their coffee machine was off since their coffee was cold. He apologized and took my coffee away only to return a few minutes later to tell me their coffee machine was broken "but here's some hot coffee." It was obvious it was the same cup of coffee (just microwaved scolding hot) he took from me seeing as it still had my cream and sugar in it. Anyways, me and my sister proceeded to order our lunch. With my order the waiter asked if I'd like their side of different pastas or soup. I opted for the soup. After we ate our meals, our bills were brought out and much to my surprise, I was charged $3 for the microwaved coffee and $9 for the "side" of soup, along with the bill for my meal. First off, why call it a "side" if you're going to get charged for it as an entree, next who charges for cold coffee they had to microwave? Seriously is it worth losing customers over this stuff? I won't be returning to this restaurant!
