Went to eat here after my son's graduation today. Waited almost an hour for our food. Once our good arrived my sister and grandbaby order wasn't correct. My mom had shrimp stir fry and a label from the shrimp was in her food. We will not visit this location ever again even after speaking with the manager.

Service was slow. Food was hot and delicious. I wanted dessert but waitress was too long coming back and I was ready to go. This is my favorite place to eat but lately the wait for the food has been much longer than usual. Grilled chicken was too dry but the cedar grilled was just right.

We had the 2 for 20. My 6 oz steak was cooked perfectly. Hard to get one truly rare. We enjoyed the meal.

I had such bad experience at this location our first day in Shreveport, I don't think I would ever return. I felt so uncomfortable there that we actually walked out before ordering and went to Chili's. They had a much better atmosphere at Chili's.

The waitress was very nice as were the other servers. Issue was we waited over 45 minutes for our appetizers, then another 20 for our food. My husband ordered the triple bacon burger. It was supposed to have a ranch bbq sauce , bacon cooked into it and then topped with bacon. He got a regular cheeseburger on a bun. Then he was told that was the triple bacon. The server said that that the burger was correct and handed him a small cup of cold bbq sauce to add to it.  It was the exact same burger our daughter ordered. Difference was hers was $7.99 and his was $10.99.
