I walked in the door and waited for my order to get taken, but everybody was in the back. It was a dead night too! I hollered hello several times, and it was loud too. I know they heard me. After a few minutes, this young guy came up to the front and was very apologetic. He threw in a couple of extra chicken fingers for my wait. It didn't take long to get my order because a manager came in and helped. The meal was good, but as I was leaving, this one young lady cut her eyes at me. Very unprofessional! Some of the employees are good, but there are some bad apples.

After leaving the DQ on N. Market completely disgusted we decided to come to this one. Manager greeted us and was polite. The restaurant was clean and neat.  We received our order just the way we asked for it.  100 times better than the other location.

Everytime we go to ANY Louisiana location Dairy Queen, either your ice cream machine is broken or your out of half the menu. Tried ordering a small blizzard, out of strawberry shortcake. Out of heath. Out of m&ms. Omg what AREN'T you out of??? Ok ill take that one then.
My wifes turn, she wants a chocolate ice cream cone dipped in cherry. No chocolate ice cream. Ok, vanilla cone dipped in cherry. Ma'am were out of everything cherry. Fine, vanilla dipped in chocolate??? Finally! And this was the SECOND location we went to that night because the other locations ice cream machine was broken. Lmao.
How do you stay in business???? 
Ridiculous.
We would have left, but they have their drivethru set up so your held hostage once you pull in. Waited 30 min in line to get our ice cream. Cant pull off, big ass curbs blocking your vehicle in the drivethru..... Dumb.

When they cook the burgers, should make sure it is done. Also they don't melt the cheese. It always cold cheese.
