The food is AWESOME! The people are awesome! The service is world class! Great buffet!!.... The first 5 times you go. The buffet options never change though. There are 6 different buffets plus a hibachi and sushi buffet tho and it's pretty cheap to eat there. I've never had a bad experience here just wish they had like a daily special item or something.

Afternoon dining, the food was blan, not fresh and badly seasoned. It's not some place I would want to visit again. The server was nice. The staff was on point and attentive. We received a discount upon leaving because we left without finishing our meal.

I am big on customer service here are some customer service skills I think they should work on. 1. Patience 2. Attentiveness 3. Clear communication 4. Ability to use “positive language 5. Have the ability to “Read the customer’s I honestly think they should pay particular attention to the food it's about knowing the difference between quality and quantity. Quality is the measure of excellence and Quantity is the size of something China Flag Buffet should understand the difference between both and work to make their restaurant better.

Very rude woman at check out station. FOOD AND served great but the lady we paid was very rude. She argued with my mother for a senior discount of $2. It was like we were bothering her. My mother is in a wheelchair and on Oxygen. She was impatient while my mother slowly got her money out. She almost seen the rude side of me. But 2 wrongs don't make a right. She got killed with kindness.

Absolutely horrible. Food was all cool if not cold. Sushi had been out all day. Stood at the Mongolian grill for five minutes no one even came by to take my ingredients. Seafood was cold. And heaven forbid I have never run into this they screwed up crab ragoon.
