Our food took over 40 mins to come to the table. When it arrived it was barely warm. Our server didn't check on us but 1 after he took our order. The nacho meet was OLD & the breadsticks was Hard as the table we wete eating on. The manager was nonchalant about it. I will never eat @ this location again! My dinner companions have vowed not to return either

We stopped in at around 10:30ishpm , it was pretty well empty, and was seated right away and where we asked to be , the hostess was pleasant. Our waitress was a sweetheart and very attentive. The wonton tacos were excellent, our meal was pretty good we had Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp with four cheese applewood bacon mac and cheese we also got, Bourbon Street steak with sauteed mushrooms and onions with garlic potatoes. Everything was great except the steak was very undercooked and my strawberry coconut margarita was very watered down and you could only taste the lime, We sent the steak back and they had already turned off their broiler and turned it back on for the steak to cook a while longer. But the state came back still undercooked, we told the waitress it was fine and we would finish cooking it at home. And that was fine with us since we came in so late to closing. Even the manager on duty was very pleasant.

The lady hostess was very nice, that was the only good part of our visit. Took 12 min for our server Heather to even come to our table to greet us, never came back to check on us and brought my water and my son's drink  wrong drink.  when we asked for the bill. Manager was a lady and was very nice. Not sure that we would return.

Chicken taco's were sooo good it was the 1st time I tried them and I fell on love. The sauce that's put on them are fire  Parking: Parking was good

Food was wonderful. Bourbon Steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare. My server Brandon did a great job. Still don’t know why he chooses to live here instead of his hometown of Atlanta, but definitely will request him every time I visit

I ordered from carside to go, says the food will be ready by 6:48. I got there at 6:53. I parked on the carside to go spots away from the building because there were no spots closer. I waited 30 mins before anyone came over. After they finally asked for my name she brings one drink and the food i ordered. When i tell her there's supposed to be 2 more drinks she has the audacity to tell me she only has two hands. Then brings my drinks out in a DRINK CARRIER so yeah two hands no brain. I gave them 2 stars because the food wasn't bad.

Me and my son went for dinner. Chicken had a little too much garlic but overall it was a great experience. Our wait staff was really nice. We left a nice tip.Food: 3/5

Ordered a full rack of ribs with broccoli fries and coleslaw also a kids meal with a milk. Ribs were very good tender and great taste. The fries weren’t there meaning I didn’t get any I paid for them just didn’t get them. Kids meal didn’t get the milk paid for it but didn’t get it. Drove home get ready to missing food. Just won’t be back.

Absolutely no one greeted us. Stood there a while. Watching a manager and hostess going over the seating chart. Two other waiters passed by without a single word. The first words out of someone's mouth to us was an aggressive, "2!?" Then led us to a booth. A "hello we'll be right with you", would have been great.Food: 4/5

Terrible service, sat us at the booth near the bar with trash underneath. Very slow service to not be busy. Waiting an hour for our food just to get it cold. Had to ask for refills. Had to ask for the bill multiple times.
