Had an issue at drive thru today with payment not going through. Used a Visa gift card I got for Christmas. On their end it didn't go through, but on the card it did go through already and was paid for. The manager was very nice about it and we agreed that if for some reason the purchase ends up going back into my available balance instead of finalizing after the pending period, I will return and take care of what I owe them. A lot of managers would have told me to have a nice day and come back after the purchase was through pending. Excellent staff here and like I've said in previous reviews, this is the absolute best McDonald's I've ever been to, and it is this good on a daily basis!

Asked for fresh coffee. Yes i will wait i asked for fresh but still get handed cold coffee. Or people yelling at us when we had half our order and needed the other half. But she just kept yelling saying we had the wrong food. But we didnt we just needed more food to finish the order. It's so close to home but it might be worth driving to a different one just for better and friendlier service!

Everytime I go to this McDonald's they are super friendly and the food is fresh. One time they had me pull forward and it wasn't that long of a wait and they gave me a card for a free meal. I had never seen one of those before. I have never had a bad experience here.

I ordered on the app and they forgot about half of the order. To be fair it was busy, and they looked insanely short staffed. Check your bag before you pull away bc the app doesn't refund your money for missing items.Food: 4/5

Always speedy service, this location always has my order correct. That's pretty much all you need from a McDonald's. They hit the mark every time. Very happy to take the kids there for the play place when it's open.

Grabbed an order last night on our way across state. Absolute NASTY other than the shakes & soda. Didn’t call tight schedule getting to airport came through today and was told I’m SOL because it wasn’t today and I didn’t call last night. First and ONLY time I’ve been given the idgaf attitude at any location and that’s not appreciated. If we use this location and I have almost daily all year I’m gonna be “that” customer from now on…. Thankfully there’s one actually closer to our home that has great customer service AND edible food

Yes it was 15 minutes before closing but my service was terrible. The person taking the order kept rushing me. I've worked in a fastfood restaurant and it's always been cook to order around closing time. My burger was sloppy and burnt and my fries were ice cold. As I'm arriving to the window to pay, the employee yells it's 2:50am we're closed. Just horrible customer service.

My order was messed up twice.  I was also accosted by a man inside when I was trying to leave, staff did nothing to intervene.Food: 5/5

This restaurant is always quick, friendly, and reasonably priced. I like to stop here on my way to work. It's easy in and easy out with good food.

Very rude girl handing the food out of the drive thru window. No straws in the bag for the 2 drinks that she was visibly upset about getting a carrier for when asked.
