The food I received was not hot or fresh so I called to talk to a manager. This woman’s name was Zoe and she handled the situation with professionalism. Made it her priority to give me fresh food and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Shout out to you girl. Keep up the good work!!!

This location is a bit out of my way, but it's worth it! The customer service is excellent and they've never got my order wrong, yet! Unlike the court st location, they have manners and don't walk around with the "I hate life" attitude. It's refreshing to not have to deal with rude, entitled beings. Keep up the good work, y'all!Food: 5/5

Had to remake a drink after no whip just to be short changed when they switch cups on you.. wasted money.. Other than that food was great.. Service was great besides the remake and shorted.. Not the first time either or the first McDonald's..

Originally to me, this location was horrible, but whoever that lady is that they have in there right now, I'll call her Mrs. Martha, older lady manager, she needs a raise. I will now only go to this one because FOR SOME TIME NOW MY FOOD IS ALWAYS HOT. I could order door dash, and it's hot. I could come through the drive thru and it will still be hot. Honestly, I'm thankful. My kids wont eat regular food for anything and this is my go to when they won't eat. So I'm thankful that I can always go here and get hot food for my kids. Not to mention, I also haven't had a burger from McDonald's in almost 20 years and I had one not to long ago from here because I was craving McDonald's onions weird I know and this burger was so hot, and good I now am 3 pounds heavier probably because I now crave a double cheeseburger but only from here lol.  Tldr; Mrs Martha needs a raise. My food is always hot now!

The African American lady taking the orders is such a rude person I go there everyday and put up with her attitude I'm tired of it I will come back one more time if I have to put up with her I won't go back there I will go to taco bell or Wendy's for breakfast. She is the worst customer service person she is untrainable apparently. The petite African American girl that works there is the sweetest girl ever she knew what happened. But she just to my money. Then I pull up to the window to get my food and the rude lady was still yelling and being obnoxious I could hear her out side at my car. She was still going on about what just happened when she took my order. This is too much I'm the paying customer remember, on top of that I'm there every morning putting up with her rudness. I'm over it.

Went through the drive through on Center Road in Burton around 10:10 a.m. even though the drive-thru lanes were busy my food was warm and the cashiers and attendance were courteousFood: 3/5

Actually just as good as the Swartz Creek store. Now there are two I can go to instead of the one on Miller and I 75. Easy to do rive to and through . The food was hot and even though we received the wrong food at the drive through the manager greeted me with the correct order. That's good management. Nice work young lady. Thank you.

Going downhill. Iced coffees are wrong every time I go, they used to be perfect. Fries are less fresh, not salted. Used to be accurate, missing mods now. Overall disappointing because I used to swear by this location.

First, I had to remind them of their own McChicken and small fry bundle...  Second, the Dr pepper my boyfriend ordered was missing the Dr. Pepper...  Third, I get home and this is what my McChicken looked like. It's only .15 cents extra but it's a big deal when there's NO MAYO OR LETTUCE ON IT!  Idiots...

Been going to McDonalds since I can remember in the early 70's. I remember they used to have this amazing special back then, every so often. They would sell their regular hamburgers for .10 cents each and it was an awesome dinner for us kids and a great bargain for our parents!
