Sat at the bar to have lunch during 1 of the best BBall games. Had a strong Margarita, the best bacon mac n cheese & asian chicken wings which I was told were more sweet than spicy & they were hot as hell to me. It was good food & a good time.

Went there for brunch and they have a nice breakfast selection. Food was good  not over priced. We received nice portions . Definitely will return as we received good customer service. Food was warm and tasty. Waitress was friendly and attentive checking on us often.   Kid-friendliness: Kids menu with various options  Dietary restrictions: They provide calorie intake and build your own omelet and the ingredients you like.

First time eating at this location.  The restaurant is very well maintained and clean  for a place connected to the cross county mall a very high traffic area. The food was good  . The wait time wasn't bad either . The service provided by the staff  was very professional and welcoming.  They follow Covid procedures very seriously.  Your plates and silverware are prepackaged.  Overall all a great place to take a break from shopping and get a bite to eat .

Wasn't bad, service was OK the baby back ribs were good drinks were nice, food took a while arrive. Free parking outside

I recommend the chicken nachos no cilantro guac on the side please and thank you! They have a mango smoothie to kill for. Affordable great fun for the whole family. They have the best rendition of Happy Birthday that I've heard in a while, sang to the beat of Hot Stepper. Great date night atmosphere as well.Food: 5/5

Our server took over 10 minutes to take our order after we were seated. She was very rude. I asked for a container to put my food in, and she took plates and stacked it on top of my food, she ignored us a few times and was not very attentive. Staff here just seemed unpleasant. Rushed us to sign the check after they already charged the card, gave a terrible excuse why she was rushing us.Wouldn't dine here again. Maybe a different location. The food was okay.

Some areas needed better cleaning. I saw utensils and dirty napkins on the floor. The bench where I was seated was not properly cleaned but hand wiped by the waiter. Traces of previous patron was still evident. My companion requested paper towel to wipe table and bench before seating.  Later I noticed food and more utensils on the floor where I was seating and couldn't seat further into bench but at the near edge. My companion and I kept on stepping on napkins , good and utensils. The waiter did a great job taking and reviewing our orders.  Menus are easy to read with pictures and text. Portions are small unlike pictures. Pictures has been enlarged for food details. Food, appetizer and main course was delivered in an adequate time. Shared appetizer it's great size and freshly made. Dessert took too long. Bill came before the dessert. When I asked for the delayed, waited admitted it was forgotten but it was already charged on the bill. TV view are everywhere. Level of noise Is high not for long conversation unless you want to shout.  Parking: Open parking lot.

The food is what you want on the menu... but service is another part too....I honestly didn't want to tip but....we gave the 15 % anyway. I was only asked if I wanted a drink when I first ordered which took almost 25 minutes after my lady and me sat down and was never asked if we want another drink with are meal it wasn't even extremely busy then the bill was brought and didn't asked before the bill came if we would like anything else I've been here before at least four times and it seems you get better service when they are an hour from closing when it's basically no one there ‍

My mother and daughter went to go out for some Christmas shopping and have some general fun at the mall. Once hunger called my Mother decided to go with this location of Applebee's.  My mother is one to ever hardly complain but when she got home she informs me that she hasn't eaten. But what about the picture of my daughter eating yogurt with fruit and a corn dog? She said yea they bought that out but it had been close to an hour and change for her waffle to come out. Did you guys place the waffle maker in the same place you also stick your manners? My mother witnessed the other table across after agreeing with my mother that the length of time was ridiculous was met by the waitress slamming their glass cup onto the table.  Would rather take her money elsewhere from now on. Good job ruining her experience also.
