Great experience. Fast service. Tasty food and drinks and well presented. Professional staff and hard working as we could observe. Don’t wait in long lines on other restaurants in cross county mall when TGI has enough space for all.
Slow. Slow. Slow. Slow. It took 25mins for our order to be taken. I was about to leave. I'm not sure what happened but our waiter had several tables and two which were large parties. Since i went on a Monday i got to take advantage of those deal of the days. I got a whiskey sour, it was really strong. Drinkable but needed more sweet and sour mix. For an appetizer we got the potato twists with the Queso and toppings. It was actually good but only when eating everything together. The appetizer came out so fast that i knew the potato twist werent straight out the fryer. The shredded cheese on top wasn't melted. I got the cobb salad and onion rings. Both really good. The rest if the table got fried shrimp with loaded mash and broccoli, kids got mac and cheese with Mozzarella sticks, the deal of the day boneless wings - both whiskey glaze and buffalo sauce, onion rings and another loaded mash. Only ONE loaded mash made it to the table with our meal. The second one arrived 5mins before we left. Not cool. This place has so much potential but if you are starving, don't come here. Everything takes way tooooo long.
A good place to visit! Friendly staff and a bigger space! Our food served hot and not to mention the short wait time is absolutely perfect!
Food was delicious came out quick, and the drinks were on point as well, we definitely enjoyed ourselves and will likely be back again! Ultimate Long Island is worth it!
Not impressed with TGI Friday. We were seated right away, it was a Monday night, they were very slow. Our server took our drink orders which came out on time. She took our meal orders, it took over 40 min. To get our food. Service was very slow for a slow night. Finally we get our food. My daughter ordered the Steak with broccoli and mashed potatoes which was cold. We looked for our server but she was no where to be found. She was hungry so she ate it cold. I ordered the Buffalo wings some were warm and some were cold, some had a good amount of sauce and some were dry. I was very disappointed with this TGI Friday, I don't think I would go back and I wouldn't recommend it.
The restaurant was busy, clean, and staff was amazing. We had a good time there.Food: 4/5
Never know what you're gonna get at this Friday's. Service was slow, no utensils even after the food arrived. Food took longer than normal, and it wasn't even crowded. 3 people, 1 appetizer, 2 alcohol drinks, and 3 entrees. $160. Plus tip. There are much better restaurants to spend your hard earned money.Food: 3/5
Great experience from the wait staff and the manager was excellent as well. The food is your regular American fare and the menu had some options that we took advantage of. The atmosphere once again was welcoming and if I am back in the area, I will return to this location.
We had a great visit. Sat at the bar. Denise our server was fantastic. Made our experience really enjoyable. The toffee cake was unexpectedly good. I usually don't like sweets but this was not really enjoyable. Parking: Lots of parking was available
This time wasn't as great as the others. Very long wait for the server to initially come over took about 20+ minutes to greet and place drink order Ordered my usual burger with onion rings. However, the onions rings were overcooked and very hard. Ordered a $4 tequila sunrise and I knew better. Drink was horrible so I left it on the table. I should've ordered my usual Strawberry Henny. Maybe next time they will be back up to par.
