We always love going to Applebees. Not happy with our service or the fact that they 'ranout' of crown royal. How do you run out of whiskey like that? Especially with the drink specials they always have going on. Not happy today. Most likely won't be back for awhile

Stopped by for lunch. Ordered a burger w/fries. They were out of fries. There were other offerages which I chose, but like fries with a burger. Had a new waiter. He did a relatively good job. He did not get frustrated and appeared to serve my and other tables well.

Where to begin, first off they had 5 workers near the door and not one of them thought to grab silverware when we got seated Then, after we asked for silverware it never came but we thought maybe she would bring silverware when the food came...she didn't Also there was a World Series game on that night but none of the 15 tvs had it on, several were on a noname UFC fight... unbelievable The wings were drowning in sauce and the salsa tasted horrible even though the waitress had told us it was fantastic On top of that the service was lousy and we were routinely waiting for refills and our check. To make things worse a baby at the next table repeatly yelled and cried and the staff did nothing about it I will say that half price apps did make the trip somewhat worthwhile but I would never go any other time

Food was good the food was hot also so was the dining room extremely hot. Our server said that the air was turned all the way down however there was no air movement in there whatsoever. I guess we can be thankful that the restaurant is slow due to the road construction if it would have been busy in there it would have been unbearable
