Poor customer service skills!! Amy should NOT be working at a restaurant with a poor attitude. Called the supervisor & he was very nonchalant about the situation. I get home to eat my food & I discover a piece of metal in my chicken. I will NEVER go to this location again. Will be calling corporate in the morning. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Very DISAPPOINTED.

I placed my order to go and rob the manager tells me to park when I get here towards the back of the restaurant.   So I arrive and park at the spot labeled car side to go, and I way in about 20 minutes past the time that my food should've been ready only to receive a phone call from the bartender telling me my orders been ready the whole time.

I'm sorry but what's the point of car side to go if you have to come in to pick up your food.

So then the manager Rob tells me that he can bring it out to me really really I can't believe this you want to bring me food that's been sitting there for 20 minutes which is probably cold by now. So I guess I'm going to try the independence location and hopefully have better luck with them.

My first time visiting this location. The food was great BUT our waitress wasn't. She wasn't that knowledgeable about the specials. And it seemed like we were bothering her when we asked for something. If we do go come back to this location, we'll make sure not sit in her area.

The food was ok. Nothing special, and honestly with a bit of time invested you can make this stuff better at home. Convenience is nice, but not when it comes to the price. I think I spent 7 bucks on a sandwich and salad...and they only gave me half of the sandwich! I wasn't even mad. It made me laugh. It also made me never want to go there again. So I didn't.

Had a great server "Thomas", which is rare nowadays. Food was actually good 😋
Would definitely go back to visit this location.
