Ordered a 10" Italian with everything listed on the menu i.e. veggies, peppers, oil, the whole works. I get home and there is just meat and cheese on the sandwich. That's it. The lemonade is usually delicious, but today was way too sour. I could barely drink the whole thing. Usually the fresh cut fries are good also. We asked for new fries the first time because the worker behind the counter put his hands all over the fries. Not only was he not wearing gloves, but this was after he was at the register handling dirty surfaces. He never washed his hands. The fries he gave us in replacement were cold and soggy. Obviously not fresh cut. It's unfortunate because we loved going there. Now we will probably never go back.

We walked in and were promptly greeted with "Name?" We explained we were not ready, but our name was still demanded. We obliged, and placed our order for subs. After which, we were asked if we wanted a "fresh cut." Extremely perplexed, by this seemingly random question, we realized she was trying to ask us if wanted fries and agreed. Clearly, we didn't know Penn Station very well, and didn't know the lingo. Given the slow service, the crass attitude, and the okay food, we don't have any reason to give it another try.

Horrible service. I ordered by phone. When I went to pick up my order. Nobody would even talk to me. Everybody else had theirfoodand left. Finally I told them give me my money back. Never to return.

The awesome bread is usually why we pick this place for subs over others. This time it was different. The width and height of the bread we're so small it was like the bread didn't have time to rise properly so the sandwiches were extremely tiny compared to other times we've been there. I hope it was just an oddity/the way they were baked and you're not trying to cut back to save money.

I love this Penn station location.  Always friendly helpful people.  The food is always good.  I recommend them to anyone either in the area or passing by.
