It's took over an hour for us to receive our food. Then when I got it it didn't look appetizing. There was hardly any shredded cheese on the pasta and the sauce was watery, bland and it was not hot. The waitress was fine but the manager had a bad attitude. She said she didn't know what I was talking about, what was wrong with the food. I ended up only eating three bites and telling them that I did not want it. They didn't charge me for it, which was good but the service was not good at all. To top it off, my cousin had somewhere to be by a certain time and we ended up having to rush around because they took too long. She barely made it on time to her appointment! I will NEVER go to this Applebee's ever again in my life and I will tell everybody else NOT to go there!

Average chain restaurant food and decor. Most of the menu consists of selections buried under overwhelming sauces or spices instead of blended flavors. All around an average dining experience. Usually a bit noisy - I could understand this if the bar selections were noteworthy - but these are high priced for mediocre brands of liquors.

Usually a great place there was an issue with the steak I ordered and the manager was supposed to take it off but after paying the bill realized it wasn’t but I had already left when I read the receipt

Second attempt at having a good experience here. The staff has a chip on tjeir shoulder type attitude, they act as if having to be your server physically hurts them. The first attempt, they could not get our orders right, and then the food was horrible not like you would expect from a Applebees, followed by them mixing our bills up with another table. Our server went on break, no one covered down for them so we recieved no refills during the entire visit. The second attempt at eating here started out the same way with the exception of the waitress being even more rude and down right dissrespectful to my parents, so we left before we could even order our food.

The waitress was nice, but not knowledgeable about menu items. If you have citrus allergies don't go, 80% or more of the menu has orange or lime. 2 of us went and ordered just appetizers, my friend's food got to the table about 20 minutes before mine, she was done eating before I even got mine. They didn't have enough wait staff to handle the amount of business they had. Overall, it was not an enjoyable experience. I don't plan to go back.
