Took 25 min to get a drink while sitting at a bar that only had 4 other people at it. Bartenders where clearly arguing. Once seated we asked for water and soda to drink, ordered, salads came out, no drinks, 45 min later still no drinks.... waitress has disappeared, food comes out, she walks up, then remembers our drinks. Food was good, nothing special... but service was a nightmare. I will not be returning. I went there for years, it was never like this. They need a whole staff overhaul, or just close the doors. Please don't leave a generic apology and contact us so we can make it better comment. Just get it together.

It is a very open restaurant. Meaning there is plenty of space between you and others. Not all crowded and tight. The service was very good and the lighting too. They speacialize in barbecue. I will go back there again one day...

Was not real happy with our visit. Never got the appetizer ordered, waitress "forgot". Tried the Combo plate, Brisket was ok, but I would have liked more smoke and the portion was very small. St Louis ribs seemed plain, missing. Pulled pork was dry and flavorless served on garlic bread? Thank goodness a variety of tasty sauces at the table. Probably won't return.

I've never had a chewy crouton before, but Smokey Bones sure took care of that culinary deficiency this afternoon. After the first one, I tried a second - the same. I removed the remainder from my salad, and tested each with my fork. They were all just as rubbery as they could be. The red onions were not very fresh. The salad was very disappointing. I got the baby back ribs - a full rack. The meat was tender, but had absolutely no taste aside from the sugary paste passing for BBQ sauce glopped all over it. Very marginal. I could manage only a couple forksfull of the BBQ Baked Beans. They should have been listed under the desserts - outrageously sweet. Blech! I'm not familiar with this chain, but this location needs some attention, quick! Not only with the food, but the service. The host showed us to our table, placed the drink and food menus down on the table, then the paper napkin-wrapped cutlery on top of the menus. I don"t think it's a secret that restaurant menus are probably nastier than most toilet seats. Take your hand sanitizer!

If it were possible to give this place no stars I would. They are so racist and sexist that I don't know how they get away with it. One employee above the status of server is a white male. Without exception everyone from the bartenders up is a black female. I could hear one yelling at an employee in the kitchen all the way in the dining room
