The food was overwhelmed by its seasoning. The pictures of the food on the menu were more appealing than that which sat on the table. The pricing seemed to have been determined by the amount of seasoning used (way too much)! The 2 stars were given in appreciation for the warm atmosphere and the desserts.

Hamburger was cooked well done like I asked. Some of the fries were too hard. Did not come with any garnishment, no pickles, onions, lettuce, nothing. Just cheese. Very expensive for a basic hamburger, fries and drink. 15 bucks with tip.

I was not pleased at all with the server my husband and I had on last night 1/12/18. He was very dry acting and not accommodating at all. when I ask of something he would tell me yes and move on to someone else I had to ask the manager to give me what I needed.my  husband ask for water he said sure.. never came back. when he did return he said oh I'm sorry for the third time of not returning..Really Apple Bee's.

We have tried Applebees twice, the first-time there was nothing vegetarian on the menu but our server said they could "leave the meat off" of my salad. Which they did. It ended up being a playful of iceberg lettuce with a hint of veggies. The second time we went....after calling and ASKING if there was anything vegetarian on the menu and being lied to, I once again ordered my salad without meat. We waited for 45 minutes for our food with no one coming by to check on us. Then, when they finally had our food ready, the server dropped the tray spilling both meals into the floor. No , it was not busy, there were only about 10 people in the dining room. I see absolutely NO reason to ever go back.

After eating dinner with my family tonight here I have no intentions of coming here again. The food was good and it came out pretty quick. But the service was awful. There was one waitress who was actually doing a good job. The rest were talking and just standing around. We waited for over 5 mins just to get refills. The most we saw our waitress at our table was to clean up the plates. She was at other tables talking and socializing while we were needing refills. Our waitress Kristen also was talking to customers about how someone in the bar who was obviously very intoxicated had been there since at least 4 and was only just leaving at 11:30. And they kept serving her alcohol while she had to have been very intoxicated long before then because when someone was trying to get her out she couldn't stand at all and was very much intoxicated. This place doesn't need a liquor license because they continued to provide alcohol to someone who was clearly intoxicated and this was probably not the first time. The waitress even said to the table behind us that she  was still going. This place needs some serious improvement as the service and professionalism are no where to be found in this place.
