Cowboy Brazilian Steakhouse is a unique, all you can eat “Churrascaria” located in the historic Kress Building. Featuring a full Salad Bar with over 25 items, Brazilian Hot Dishes and a “parade” of 16 different types of meats sliced at your table by our Gauchos.

Meat! Amazing! Tasty! I didn't know there were so many cuts of meat and ways to prepare. I love the ambiance and the servers with their large skewers of assorted meats making their rounds to all... Love their outfits. 

There is also a beautiful array of salads, soups, cheeses cut fresh off the block, and other scrumptious sides.... Oh yes, my favorite, smoked salmon.  

Delectable desserts... I'm in love with the flan and maple syrup. Yum! When are we going back?

Cowboy Brazilian Steakhouse was a fantastic experience! The salads and other food were delicious  and the various meats that the "gauchos" bring to your table were wonderful.  They served freshly prepared chicken, lamb, pork, and several types of steak. We went for a special occasion, as it is not cheap....$35 per person just for the main meal. That does not could drinks and dessert. We would definitely return!!

Worst meal ever. Heard how wonderful this place was and couldn't wait to try it. Almost starved myself all day to allow room to try everything. Even skipped the salad bar to save room. But if you like your meat well done (as in no pink at all), this is not the place to go. We asked time and time again for well done and the only meats that came around were rare to medium.  The few that were supposedly well done were still pink. What I was able to try had a really weird flavor and aroma, almost moldy smell. Very disappointed.  Will NOT go back, especially after they raped my wallet for the two small pieces of meat I could actually eat, some mashed potatoes and a cooked from frozen yeast roll.

We arrived Friday with reservations and waited patiently for our table to become available. Once we were seated, our hostess was extremely attentive and proceed to gather our drinks. After about 10 minuets of sitting with our group of about fifteen, we noticed the group on other side of the salad was reviving all the meat. Upon questioning management, I was told, sorry but it’s a rather big group. In retrospect, no bigger then ours. I explained that each one of our patriots would have to pay the same amount regardless of the poor service. I also explained that at no point should the restaurants problems become the customers problems and the head waitress was silly enough to double down on her position. Not until upper management became involved did things begin to flow smoothly. At the end of our meal, our checks were distributed among us and we all began to notice the mandatory gratuity that was not earned but we were forced to pay..  Recommend Rioz if you want the best bang for your buck..

Alexis, our waitress was the sweetest. Johnny and Stephan were awesome. Stephan made sure we we happy and had the kind of steak and how we wanted it cooked. Great environment.
