The waitress Cassidy was great, outside that the portions are so small it's terrible. Ordered the app trio, got 8 quarter sized boneless wings and 4 cheese sticks for $13. That's over $1 each.... Ridiculous. My burger was descent sized but only came with 16 fries. This was why it took a year for me to come back here, looks like I won't be back for a while again.

Taste wise the food is great for what you would expect. I've a always enjoyed their food, it's just the price to portion ratio I rate so poorly. Sadly people must not agree/care as this place is always packed.

Again props to the waitress, she was AMAZING!

Ate there last night, took forever to get our food, waitress was great, apologized for our food taking so long and sent a manager to us. He said he was sorry but did not offer to discount our meal at all. Now I am so sick, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps. All I can taste is last night's dinner. NEVER AGAIN

Applebees is not like they once were. Their food is as cold as hell. Mine was not hot! I complained severely. The waitress was very rude, like Texas Roadhouse I wanted to beat his ass. He was another one that had his nose in the air. He did not check on me or bother to ask what I needed. I hope he is fired by now. If not they will lose a lot of customers. I sure am one!

They were under staffed and over crowded, waited so long for my food I couldn't even eat it they made it wrong and had to go to work with cold food. Was not very good that day

Our waitress charged us for stuff we didnt have. We have never left there paying more than $30. And we got less this time than usual. We walked out paying $44. And when we ask our waitress her response was " well i have already swiped your card there is nothing i can do. " terrible service. Wont be going back there.
