Did the online order thing for the first time. Ordered a fully loaded baked potato, which cost $1 extra. When I got home there were no toppings on the side, or on the potato. The potato wasn't even cut, it was just a potato wrapped in aluminum foil. My chicken was really hard and dry. One piece was just breading, no chicken at all. Ribs weren't that good either. All in all a horrible experience, won't be back.

First impression, empty and clean tables yet there was a 15 minute wait. That tells me they were short-staffed. That was probably why the outside neon lights were off, even though it was only 8:23 p.m.

Second impression was one of two hostesses complaining about having to work late, and that she   "will just have to talk to David about it".

Third impression was our server, who could not figure out how ring up a salad minus certain ingredients.  She did, however get friendlier the closer it got time provide the check.  That was another issue. We needed separate checks even though we were paying on the same credit card.  She divided the checks for us, but then proceeded to post the payment as one ticket. So we ended up with one check again.  When we explained that we needed separate checks w/ separate closed out tickets, it was going to require a manage to void the first, then charge the card again.  Had she not thrown away the originally printed separate checks --- it would have been okay.  However, she did not and we did not feel comfortable with their knowledge of their system and accidentally charging us twice.

The food was decent, but not worth the drama.  Even the "FREE Wednesday Pie", would not convince us to visit again.

Staff is great. Recommended to come in M-F from 4-7 and enjoy te Hapoy Hour in the bar area. There's Brotha, high top tables, and of course ample room at the double sided bar. The B~Tenders Dustin, Blake, Rachel, and Adam are not only accommodating to all your needs, they're also kind, quick, and the best this particular establishment offers.

My husband and I went in today around 2. They were slow so we figured we would have good service....Wrong. Our service saw us to take order and bring our food. My husband ran out of tea and we sat there for a good 5 minutes before we saw anyone and finally she came out and said do y'all need anything elae. Hell yes. This was our first time eating there and the way the service was, I am sure it was our last.
