Placed an order for curbside to go for Fajitas, Bacon Ranch Quesadillas, Chips and Salsa and Cheese bites. When I got home I was missing the soft shells for my Fajitas, Mariana for my Cheese bites, and Salsa for my chips. I called and spoke with the manager and explained what happened. She was SO NICE and APOLOGETIC she offered to remake my ENTIRE order!! that was amazing she took responsibility and when I got there checked my food with me to make sure everything was correct. NO OTHER RESTAURANT HAS EVER DONE THAT FOR ME!!! I wish I remembered her name! I was very impressed with her customer service it made me feel like the mistake never happened. I am usually frustrated when someone messes up my order but she handled it so professionally I left smiling! I am still very impressed and tell everyone how awesome she treated me by taking responsibility and doing the right thing!

When it comes to casual dining in Anderson, Chili's is slightly above the rest. The menu is varied, the service is usually good and the endless chips and salsa are better than what you'd find in the usual Mexican restaurant. The place is generally clean and we often leave satisfied if a little stuffed. Good source of comfort food.

Had the burger, it was fantastic! My wife wanted shrimp tacos but they've taking that off the menu settled for chicken tacos we're okay but not as good as the shrimp that they had on the menu before. Had a Tito's punch that's one of the best I've had. Great experience server and manager very friendly great atmosphere!

Tonight was a busy night for most the restaurants in Anderson SC 45min-1hr wait, so we ended up at Chilli's (30 min wait). Was seated and drinks and food was ordered within 20 min. 2 adults and 4 kids. But for some reason our food came out 45 to an hour later!!! We recieved our food after a table of 2 adults and 3 kids was seated and received their food who came in after our food was ordered!!! We ordered kids pizza w/ fries, kids crispy tenders w/ mandarin oranges, bacon burger w/ no cheese and tomatoes (had both), chicken sandwich w/ fries, trio appetizer w/ fries (didn't receive the fries), chicken and waffles (came out 5 min after everything else)!!! Don't think I will be visiting them anytime soon. Even though they didn't charge for the burger or the chicken and waffles!!!

I enjoyed the meal. The rice was not good. The strawberry lemonade was not to good at first, but after 2 more glasses it was better than I thought. The staff was friendly. The guy that greeted me had sort of an attitude when I came in. But other than that all was good.
