Always pretty satisfied with Applebee's food and service. Appetizers are great, and a lot of times the 2 for $20 is a steal. This location is pretty nice as well, nice people and very accessible. Parking is a little strange, it's actually behind the restaurant and you walk up to the front, however it's very ample. Definitely recommend for anyone, especially the nearby URI students.

This place is great, many times we are heading to R. I. It's late every place is closed. But Applebees. The food is good. The service is just as good.. we are always going back there..

Wow, Beyond Spectacular customer service!!! Christy our bartender was so commentating. I couldn’t make up my mind what I really wanted to eat so I put in order with Christy. Between 5-10 minutes I literally asked Christy is there any possibility I could change my order? She immediately reacted With yes of course and then ran to the kitchen to switch over my order. I was beyond grateful and shocked with her customer service. Little bit after we received our food the manager Rhonda came over and asked us how everything is. I was beyond excited to tell Rhonda how incredible Christy was to us and she was great hirer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not my favorite Applebee's location. Twice I've gone, twice either myself or a party member ended up getting messed up food or the food was cold. Service is sub-par. The good thing was that the second visit, a friend of mine ordered a chicken dish and when it came out the chicken was burnt - upon pointing it out, they tried to remedy the situation. But, I don't think it's enough to make me want to return to this location.
