Food is yummy. They add items to your liking. So only add what you like. Leave off stuff you don't. Good price and good size meal.

Cafe Rio as always was delicious. I enjoyed the sweet pork barbacoa burrito, my go to favorite at this Mexican grill franchise. The staff were friendly at this establishment, though it's like most fast food restaurants were you will not be served at your table. It can be a quick bite, as long as the lines aren't out through the door. The food is quickly prepared right before you and ready to eat when it reaches your hand. I love frequenting the place whenever I get the chance because it is not available in my home state.

I love the food at Cafe Rio. One big draw back at this particular Cafe Rio they do not keep there countertop clean where they keep there food. It is not appealing to the eye at all.

Food was kinda old but still tasted good.  Workers were unhappy. Management not the best at this location.

Noisy environment, staff doesn't listen to order very well, kids running all over and screaming, soda spilled on floor in various places creating a slip hazard, restrooms not clean. Staff on phones texting instead of working. 

Food is good, but environment leaves a bit to be desired. The food quality and taste is pretty good.

Others have told me that this is the worst Cafe Rio they've ever been to, so it seems to be a concensus. If they could get some signs up about controlling the children, and management enforced it, along with making sure there's no big puddles of liquid on the floors (big slip hazard) and make sure to check the restrooms, perhaps this could be a 4 or 5 star.
