What grew from a trailer to a truck to a stand in 2009 became a local Cedar City restaurant in 2013. Named after the only son of the Garcia-Sanchez marriage, Brody's Mexican Restaurant serves fresh, authentic dishes along with a healthy dose of Mexican hospitality. Our food is as clean and fresh as it is flavorful, and though we have plenty of classics like nachos and burritos, our menu is also filled with unique dishes like our Street Tacos and Pineapple Fajitas.
