Drinks were inconsistent, sent a couple back. Steak was over cooked. Service took a while and server was lacking. My bill was compensated, 3/4 of my bill was taken off (59.50) which definitely helps but will the issues be corrected?? I'd really like to see huge improvements... this happens too often.

We arrived with a group of 14 people...not expecting to be able to sit together, but to our surprise, the manager greeted us at the door and said "No Problem...Give me about five minutes". We were seated in less than that time and when the waitress was asked to keep all checks separate, she was very accepting and gracious. The food arrived quickly and everything was very tasty. The waitress gets the extra credit with this visit, as she provided excellent service and smiled throughout the entire meal. Applebee's should be proud of her obvious good training and personality.

Arrived with a group of 5 friends. This was my fourth time coming to this Applebees and usually enjoy it. This time is was the other way around the servers were rude and the food was almost unbearable to eat. Will not be coming here again.

The service was good but the food was definitely not worth the price. I ordered the southwestern steak salad and though the picture has a well proportioned serving of steak the reality was much different. My six bites of steak that were half fat, were lost in a sea of lettuce... my husband's steak was tough as well... overall not a great experience
