Absolute worst service.  We waited 10 minutes for our drink order to be taken, even longer for our food order to be taken.  When the food finally arrived we had no silverware.  The silverware we were brought looked disgusting, as if it was taken from the dirty bin.  Both of my kids ordered steak (medium rare) and when it arrived it was well done.  One of the kids ordered yogurt and strawberries and there was a literal SMEAR of yogurt on the plate.  MAYBE a tablespoon.  When we sent the steaks back the manager came out and said that a kid’s steak could only be medium well or well.  Fine - but someone should have told us that.  They said the waitress didn’t know.  Fine.  The kitchen did.  They should have told her.  I had to ask twice for the sauce to go with my meal and we had to flag the waitress down THREE times to get drink refills.  Our children did get to pick other meals and they were comp’d.  A whopping $4 total.  The manager tried to “make it right” by stopping by at the end of he meal, by honestly it was too late then.  There is no way in Hades we will ever visit this location again.

This place was horrible!!!!! I will never return this particular apple bees again. The service from the start was horrible. We sat down and a waiter never came till 20 minutes after us sitting down. When they did come it wasn't even the waiter for our table. She was too busy going outside smoking weed. Maybe you should start drug testing your employees. We got there about 1130pm. We didn't eat till 12:45. There was only 4 tables there at the time. They also complained that night. The whole meal should have been comped instead of a item. The wait staff is horrible and the manger Bootsie seems as if she doesn't care. We had a party of 8 with one being a birthday girl. Never again will we come there.

Great girls night Out! I feel safe, comfortable and the food is awesome. I love that they change up the menus. Our experience include that out server detoured a inebriated individual from bothering us in the parking lot, going to our cars. My hero!

Typical chain restaurant food. I had stopped eating at this restaurant many years ago. Today I went because it was selected by my friend. I have always gotten the Oriental Chicken Salad and have enjoyed them. This particular day, however, it was not up to par. The portion size of the chicken was ridiculously small, very few almonds, and there were no crispy rice noodles.
