Waitress picked up silverware that my daughter had unwrapped and touched then put it back in the napkin. Also picked up one off the table that hadn't had the seal broke and put both back in the hostess station. Doing that in front of me let's me know ,you may not have sanitary silverware..just nasty. Once it goes to the table it should have to be washed regardless!

We first arrived and sat at a booth. We noticed almost immediately that the main TV was extremely loud! The speaker was in the ceiling right above our heads. I asked for them to turn it down some because it gave me a headache! She said they can only turn it down a little because if they turn one down, they all go down. We decided to move to another table away from the speaker in the ceiling. Our server was Victoria (Torrie). She was very nice. We learned from her that she has only been at Chiefs for two weeks having come from Waffle House. That really showed in how she was unable to answer any of our questions without having to run back and ask someone else and come back to us. My husband was asking questions about the draft beers and she had no clue on any of his questions. We had a couple of food questions and she was clueless. When I ordered, I had a side salad with my order. I had to ask for her to bring that out. I was half through with it and picked up a fork full from the bottom of the plate and there was a hair in it and it was NOT mine! That turned me off from finishing my salad! She came right over and saw the hair and apologized. She asked if I wanted another one and I said No. She picked up the hair and looked at it and said it was her hair. I would have expected the manager to come over but he never did (she probably did not tell him). We did see him walking around and talking to other tables but he never approached us. I ordered the Calabash Chicken. It was over cooked and tasted a little burnt. I did not say anything about that because I do not like to send food back and have them waste it. I had to wave to get her attention for drink refills and our check. The booth backs were broke and you could not lean against it or you would move the whole thing. The people at the booth in front of us had the same issue with the booth back. While Torrie was very nice, the service was horrible! This was the worst experience we have had at this restaurant. After we paid, we got up to leave and not a single person was up front at the Hostess Stand and no one said bye and thank you for coming or anything to us! I do not look for things to complain about. I would rather come and write an awesome review about good service and food but unfortunately, I can't give a good review about either!

Brought me fresh wings different flavor. Jerk wings were cold and lacked flavor. Atmosphere needs a serious upgrade.

Subpar food, dirty disgusting place, and funky smell if you sit by the bar. Rude unprofessional staff.

Service good hence the 2 stars. The food was a cluster. Served tilapia as grouper. Monterrey Jack Burger missing bacon and thousand island, 2 tops and 1 bottom bun, soggy lettuce. Onion rings were good. Manager did the right thing. Will not return.
