The wings are great... when you can get them. I love coming here for lunch when they have the wing bar, but they can never keep enough wings up there. More often than not, when I get here there are either no wings or no plates. Also, the service is very slow. I'm usually here for over an hour on my lunch break. There needs to be some adjustments to the efficiency of the Wing Bar if they are going to continue to offer it. You can hear the frustration from patrons about the lack of food and speed of service. How it has continued at this level must be due to the cost. I keep going back because I can (eventually) get good tasting wings at a good price, but only if I'm willing to factor patience into the bill.

Was there for 1 hour and 45 minutes without food and left, nobody in the place had any food so most tables left. there was at least 5 staff members standing around texting, managers kept lying about the amount of time it would be and did the same to other tables. They gave us a $5 gift card to make up for it but it is only valid at their location but we are definitely not going back.

Horrible service.  Went in on lunch break.  Didn't see the server again until  asked bar help to go get server because it was time to leave.  Never got food. Sever came out and said they were out of what we wanted anyway  and she didn't seem too concerned about us not getting lunch. She should've told us they were out of whatever it was shortly after we ordered instead of waiting till it was time to leave.  Didn't get to eat lunch that day. Will never go back and Will never recommend to anyone.

My husband and I both ordered 6 wings but in different flavors. We also ordered hot spinach dip for an appetizer. We actually got our wings before the dip ever arrived. Then when I glanced at my husband's plate he only had 5 wings total on it. When we told the waitress she stood there laughing and said "this has never happened before. I don't know what to do". I got the feeling she was implying we had hidden one of the wings just to get extra or something. Later my husband asked for the manager because he wanted him to know of the poor service we had gotten. The manager wanted to do another complete order of wings for my husband, but we were ready to go so we said "no thank you". The manager offered to make it a to go order, we still said "no thank you". We weren't trying to get a free meal we just wanted the manager to be aware of the poor service. The manager insisted knocking off half of the cost of the meal even though we said no its ok. The manager was nice and tried to make things right

Took forever to get our food orders to us. Great band played but very small crowd. Was no reason for it to take so long to get our food. Great waitress, though.
