Servers are fine and the overall spot is well kept/clean. There are a lot of tables and a lot of space overall. About your average Applebee's but a little better. The food is just a bit above average though (compared to other Applebee's), but it was amazing once. It can get very busy here, but I think you can always find a table. If not, it won't take too long to wait for one.

Customer service was great. My party of 6 were sat under the AC vent, when one of us asked if the AC could be turned down we should have been offered a different table but weren't. The place was not crowded at the time. My apps were good. Everyone else was pleased with their food. Although my husband didn't eat his fries because they were over-salted.

Today's experience wasn't the best let me start with the room temp. It Was very cold to the point my nose was runny . I had asked the host if they could adjust it an wasn't given an answer she just said let me check . The appetizer took a while to come out . My fiance order her food with ranch , when she got it it wasn't there . We asked 2 waitresses with the second waitress she took almost 10 minutes (keep in mind it's cold) so her food almost got cold . I just want to add we come here at least 3 or more times a month because we love food an service but this time around 😑 not so much .

Applebee's... I go there almost every weekend and this time it was very bad when I ordered cargo side they took for ever getting out the food and getting it ready. My to-go frozen strawberry lemonade was only a half cup which my brother's was full. The food is keeping me and my brother in and out of the bathroom I think we might have stomach sickness or food poisoning. The service was okay I guess she kept telling us hold on but our was suppose to be done 8:44pm but we didn't get it until 9:00pm we go there around 8:49pm our order should been done. When i got there they took a extra 10 minutes for the lady to put the cup holder together and it still broke. All I know is that I will not going back there anytime soon and have I mentioned that they have sent me home with a whole other person order before ........ I can't take this anymore more . They need get there stuff together before I eat there again. They make me so mad everytime and they got my nerves are up :( they need some true help. :( :( :( That's all i have to say .

My birthday dinner. A very nice time with excellent company and great service...we had ordered alot of food for the four of us. The appetizers were really good, especially the mozzarella sticks and quesadillas.☺
