Always a good place to go. This Chipotle was nice, clean, and quick. Friendly people and great food as always. The staff was very nice, and the restaurant was clean. I've been here a few times and it is always nice as expected. I haven't had a bad experience yet.

I usually like Chipotle. I really like the fact that they serve higher quality meat than most places and they are trying to go GMO free. However it might be a decent idea to hire at least a few people who have some idea of what properly cooked food is. I don't care how great the quality is if it's inedible! I have recently been served undercooked beans and today got a burrito loaded with raw, rubbery chicken. I was already in my car with the kiddo buckled in and on my way out of the parking lot, or I would have brought it back for a refund. On top of that, their kids meal are supposed to have the option of fresh fruit, which is NEVER available. Ugh.

Great food as always, but unfortunately the staff at this location don't know the definition of customer service. I love the Bay Area locations, as they always treat their customers very well. Hopefully they improve.

Not professional at all in Merced location. Staff was on personal phone, was doing half ass job at the cashier. Had ask for smaller change and he said that they don't have smaller bills. How is this place a restaurant and not have smaller bill if you can't give it out or make change just say so! He have no customer servive skills at all!
