This is a 1st!! I ordered a 3 item plate but one of the items wasn't readily available. I got my 2 items with my rice and waited a bit...I was then told it would be a 2 minute wait for my item after standing at the register for a minute. I sat down at 7:20pm...at 7:40, I returned to the register to get a refund. The cashier said, "Oh! It's ready, do you still want it?" I rejected her request & just wanted my $2 back. Chelsey, the shift mgr., was very apologetic, & I told her; when my crew comes into town, we seem to find our way here and this was the 1st time I was disappointed. She understood & next thing I know, She's handing me back a full refund! I told her I just wanted the $2 of the dish & she said it was their fault and hope I come back. WOW!

I haven't been to this location for a while because food was not quite there (orange chicken sauce tasted different, burned garlic pieces, etc.) but this time was very satisfied with 1) friendly staff, 2) generous portions, 3) tasty food like what I used to have in LA/Bay Area locations before.

Its good but the Chow Mein is super oily and all I taste is the heavy amount of oil then the actual noodles. They never did this before but they stated doing it. 😝

Gave us the wrong food and had to drive back. They told us it was our fault for not reading the screen correctly and wanted us to pay for another order!! Absolutely terrible customer service! Never going back!

They make you pull to the side and wait for the food 20 minutes if you're doing drive thru. Not cool
