Overall not a bad place to eat.  Our glasses and silverware had something on them which I guess was hard water, but you could see and feel it on the outside of the glasses.  The ribs I had were dry other than that the food was hot and tasted as Applebee's should.  The server we had was pleasant and helpful but once we got our food we sat needing refills for sometime before we caught a different server to get us some service.  I don't mind going here to eat but when it is my choice we go elsewhere.  Maybe next time will be better and I will update my review to more stars.

This Applebee's was fine. I ordered the 12 oz sirloin steak. It was good. Cooked how I ordered. There wasn't any seasoning on it and the sides left something to be desired, but hey, it's Applebee's. It was clean. The staff was friendly. Very safe option, with good value.

Our party called way ahead for a party of 60 people. It was around 9pm on a Saturday night. The place probably had 15 guests in it when we arrived. We had 1 server, for 60 people. We were all starving and looking to eat. Other waiters were seen looking around and complaining. In the 45 minutes we were there we weren't served drinks. Most of our table left after an hour or so of no service. I saw 6 people in our party get food in an hour. I understand 60 people being a challenge, but to assign 1 server to them is absurd.

I greeted right away but it we down hill from there. I had been seated for 10 minutes before my server even acknowledged me. It was another 10 minutes to get our drinks. They brought the wrong food to our table 3times. I ordered the Bourbon Street Chicken and my daughter order Chicken tenders. Our food was dried out by the time we got it. Our server was friendly but not efficient.

Came In with family of 13 people.  Service was ok at best.  Lots of items forgotten.  Silverware looks dirty had To take water and a napkin To clean it.   To top it off son had chunks of glass in his frozen drink.  They said then went back and drained the ice and came out with a new drink.  It's not that busy for this kind of service.
