The food is pretty good here and staff are usually very friendly and quick to serve. My biggest gripe with this location is that about 75% of the time the soda machine is on the fritz and they are trying to fix it, causing lack of selection or a huge backup of people waiting to get a drink. Advise taking a peak to make sure it is working before ordering.

Had forgettable meal. Absence of.cheese on my meal caused me to ask for some more that should have been on there in the first place. Was told that I would need to pay. Fast forward to.tonight rude woman who claimed she was GM of location called to berate me. No clue that customer service is key to her success. Requested name of her manager. She refused. We will see about that. Nasty experience. Not particularly clean in there so find alternate place to grab a bite to eat. Portion control taken to an extreme.

Nasty! Gross employees who do illicit activities on the job. This place has gone wayyy downhill in the last 3 years. They also have a rodent problem

The food was mediocre. It gave my whole family stomach issues. For the price, the food should have been better quality. On top of the food quality, the service was disappointing. Probably never going again.
