Love this place! This is one of my favorite places on Friday!  Kendall and Amanda (at the bar; where the best service is!) are amazing!   They are the reason we come in most weeks!  The food is always spot on too, don't want to down play that....but, in my and my husband Brian's opinion, these two young ladies are awesome!  Definitely the best Applebee's out of all the one's in Oakland County!  Sorry other Appllebee's but, it's true!

Let's start with the seal of my terrible night here. My meatless journey has now been jeopardized coming to this place! I ordered a seafood meal which there are NOT many vegetarian or pescatarian options. I created one, getting the salmon instead of chicken in the bourbon chicken meal. This was fine until I get halfway through my meal and DISCOVERED A PIECE OF CHICKEN. It was mixed in with the onions and mushrooms. Unless this place is reusing items from other dishes or something I cannot see how this could have happened! As soon as I noticed the difference in texture from chewing I immediately informed my waiter. I then examined my plate further and DISCOVERED A PIECE OF BACON!!!! WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO EXAMINE MY FOOD TO ENSURE I DO NOT HAVE FOREIGN ITEMS IN IT?! This was completely frustrating and I will NOT be returning to this establishment. Tony was awesome until I advised him of the situation, in which he handled poorly. The attitude and smart remarks could have been saved for when I left.

More than anything,  I like the company that owns this particular Restaurant as well as many in Michigan.  They are veteran friendly and also yelp friendly. 

The management seems to be very good,  I have no complaints on how the Restaurant is ran. 

Applebee's ahs become our favorite place to eat in White Lake. The food quality has significantly improved over the last year. We have had very few instances of food that was less than what we would expect from a great establishment. 

I have had some awesome wait staff at times,  also had some awful wait staff.  The last visit,  we waited for about 15 minutes to get our server.  She claimed she had no idea we were her table.  Our food and drinks were delivered by different people.  We only saw her when the check was ready.  However,  this isn't the normal experience.

We have noticed that the staff have been very attentive with their customers. While the wait to get seated can be long at peak times, they now have the staff to get orders served quickly and still pay attention to each customer.

Honestly I hate going to Applebees most of the time the food is microwaved and cold. The staff is usually pretty good but that's about it. I've never been a huge fan of Applebee's because most of their food is low class but it's definitely a nice little restaurant to have here in White Lake hopefully we can get some more that are more prominent.

I believe the waitress was drinking on the job. after flirting with my friend who clearly wanted food and not her. I informed the manager of the situation and she brushed it off. we sat there for an hour and 30 min and didn't get the 2 sandwiches and steak we ordered. I don't believe anyone should attend this place until they change staff and seriously improve their customer service because the manager does not know how to  handle a situation when we customer is upset and the waitress being rude and never getting us our food but flirting with my guest is totally unprofessional and I believe the store owner should seriously investigate the night shift here. I am a frequent customer here and after tonight I will never return to this apple-bees. there was applebees that open up the road from them and they closed because of poor customer service..this place is honestly heading down the same road if they keep the staff the have now.
