I've been going to this McDonald's every morning for over 2 years to order the exact same thing before work, which is just a coffee or a hot latte..The manager at the time was fantastic including staff. they were the fastest and freshest McDonald's that I had ever seen and/or been to. the manager was transferred to another store... since then this McDonald's has done nothing but go down Hill, it is not even close to the same place that I'm so familiar with... It used to be fast, fresh every single time now it's slow and can't get the orders right...damn shame

I eat McDonald's everyday for lunch just cause it's easy menu but this place has the worst management.  I have 3-4 ppl with me every TIME so we go in to order....last 3 days it took 7min to get our orders....inside guests should be served just as fast as drive thru. Hence the lable....fast food.

I do a lot of reviews on McDonald's, and I'd feel worse about it, but literally 9 times out of ten I'm getting two large iced teas, and 80+% of the time the restaurants in Oakland, Wayne, and Monroe county FORGET TO PUT ANY ICE IN IT.

waited at the drive thru and was not served. watched as the 4 people in the other lane were served. as soon as I stared to leave them they tried to serve me.
