I don't normally have a complaint about this location but this morning I ordered a maple oatmeal through the drive through and was asked if I wanted to make that a regular and I thought they were asking regarding size but what I received was a plain oatmeal.  I had to find some sweetener and some flavored cream to give it any flavor at all within my department at work.  The location of the speaker at this location does not benefit either party since you have to fight to be heard over the traffic on M-59.

To be sure, I'm posting about the one on Highland Road in Waterford. Good donuts, fresh coffee. Great sandwiches. Love the smoothies and ice caps. Clean restaurant.

The coffee is NEVER consistent!! Some times it tastes great when made properly then other times it's extremely bitter and disqusting!! Would love consistent good coffee from this location. Please fix

Nice and quiet.  They closed the Wendy's side so there is plenty of room.   Good for some quiet laptop time for road warriors.

Everytime we go to Michigan we have to go here. We get the iced cappacino supreme. It's always something to look forward to.
