I work in the housing department at a travel nursing company. I always use them when we have a client come to the Rapid City area. The manager Joe, always answers any questions or inquries I may have. He is very professional and great to work with. I enjoy working with the company and will continue doing business with them whenever we have clients come into the area.

I'm a traveling medical professional, and I utilize services that are offered by companies like AFR from coast to coast. I’d like to share my experience with AFR.

After a disappointing experience with two of AFR's local competition, I decided to give AFR an opportunity. I spoke with Joe, the manager, at AFR and we discussed my furnishings needs and a time frame to work with. The time frame was very short and delivery needed to happen in without issues. During the rental, an issue developed with a lamp. With-in a reasonable time frame, both lamps (only one had a problem, but both replaced for proper aesthetics) were replaced. Due to my late work hours, the staff went above and beyond to make the exchange at my convenience without complaint.

Joe met my needs with quality furnishings, electronics and delivered them on schedule without any issues. Billing was handled on time and without discrepancies. Pick up was handled professionally and on schedule.

Due to the flexibility of the staff, quality of the merchandise and professional conduct of business, I recommend AFR without hesitation to anyone in need of their service.

I want to point out this is a Rapid City store. The previous post about Spearfish does not apply. 
I learned a few weeks ago that the store was under new management. At first it made me a bit nervous with my account, due to the high turnaround of management. Joe the new manager has proven otherwise. He went above and beyond and forgave my late fees after a failed promise made by the previous manager. 
Everytime I've gone into the store since the initial meeting, customer service has been amazing from both Joe, Cory and Brady. Take the time to check them out. You won't regret it.
