As with most Best Buys, they have a great variety of various items from computers, appliances, video games, TVs, etc. The staff is hit or miss, there's usually a lot of them standing around but don't offer to assist and sometimes act like you're bothering them for asking for questions. Store is often well stocked and not often have empty spots not filled. The checkouts are often a time killer as there may only be one register open and the line will back up a good ways before someone thinks to either ask for help or notice and go help.

Every Best Buy I've been in has been great! Employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable without exception! I'll only ever give four stars, however, because they are almost aggressively helpful. After the seventh or eighth employee in 10 minutes offers to help me it gets old!

I've had pretty good luck finding what I need here. The staff is very friendly and helpful but you need to do tour homework too. Sometimes they are not the best deal, just like shopping anywhere else.

Thank you Best Buy!!! My son was having big problems with his cell phone charging. His carrier said it was to old to try a wireless charger ( the charge port was broken) .You assured him that a certain wireless one would work...AND IT DID!!! This enabled him to transfer out pictures and other items that are now safely stored! Thank You!

I bought a Gear 360 camera that ended up requiring software/app that was incompatible with my phone and I also discovered that the service plan i purchased for my new laptop was incorrectly assigned to another item. Customer service was friendly and helpful. It had been nearly 3 weeks since making my purchases and not only did they promptly refund my money for the camera, but, they also let me purchase/add the service plan for my laptop!
