I have tried a lot of gyms around Michigan and this is one of the best! I love the personal aspect to this gym which I need for helping me achieve my health and fitness goals. I love the family community where I receive the guidance I need. Great place for working out

I love working with AFS personally and professionally. As a clinician treating muscles and skeletal problems all day long, people hurt themselves in the gym, often times not knowing why nor how to correct the problem. Their coaches are wonderful with communication, modifying any exercise(s) or program based upon what I find is best for the client/patient, so their not dealing with 'revolving door' issues. I appreciate their scientific, evidence-based approach to their programs and coaching methods. Personally, I workout at AFS and love the individualized coaching and community feel you get from a small cross training gym, blended with the look, amenities, and cleanliness you get from a well-operated franchise gym. Not to mention, the very reasonable pricing structure. You cannot beat the value AFS offers!

This place is just absolutely fantastic ! Everyone is so friendly and excited to help you reach your fitness goals. The gym is super clean and the atmosphere/vibe is just so positive. The instructors have you fill out your goals as if they're already achieved, take your measurements to track you progress and provide you with all the information you need to workout on your own. I think the most important thing you develop is a sense of confidence that you definitely can achieve your fitness goals ! I'd highly highly recommend this place to anyone.

Best gym in town! Always clean, good instructor and great follow up with your goal! I am so determinate that this year will be my year of transformation and Trent, the practitioner, is helping me a lot to push to the edge and I'm very glad for it! I've seen results in only 6 weeks of training, I could not be more than happy with this new place. All the money invested here worth it! The atmosphere here is another thumbs up!

I love coming to AFS! I was so excited when they finally opened their Rochester location. The classes are high-energy and high-intensity- it's great being able to work out with a group. The accountability I get from my trainer and the classes keeps me motivated. Proud to be a part of the AFS family :)
