Out of all the lifetimes I go to this one has been the best. This gym is much bigger then the other ones and it never gets too full even when it's busy with the amount of machines they have. I always feel comfortable here and I never feel claustrophobic. They do there best to keep it clean here, and the members are respectful to one another. The staff is great I always get greeted when I walk in and walk out. Love this lifetime, thank you. Also please do not change the lockers to the combination lock!!!! Not a lot of members like that please don't change it PLEASE !!!!!!!

I leave for a year for work overseas and come back to all the really good personal trainers gone that I use to work with and talk to. There are still some good ones like Michael and Jeff but the rest are really rude and have no education on fitness. They just want your money. No care for the members, only want your money.

Thank you for hosting the Spartan Race workout! The staff was top notch! Facilities are clean and well organized! One of the best places to work out!

Change of opinion. The equipment is fine and there is a lot of it. However, their customer service is horrible. They automatically charged me for a "Lifetime Magazine" that I never ordered nor wanted then have since refused to refund me the money. If you plan to sign up tell them right away you don't want their magazine so you aren't charged months into your membership. Will be changing gyms.

This place is simply a money sucking machine. Plain and simple. Some of us just want to come in, break a sweat and go home.....but no......giving these people over 70 dollars a month is not enough. They find sneaky ways to indicate you need a trainer ($$), or to join a group challenge class ($$$) or some other meaningless nonsense. They are also very pushy about it....saying you will never meet your goals alone. (Which I have by the way.) I also have never seen a group of more careless employees. We understand they are probably barely making a decent wage, but don't give the customers your attitude. Kate, or Katlyn is one of these people. The woman literally sits on top of the front desk with her massive jug of coffee and feels it's appropriate to run mini background checks on customers on her computer for her own amusement. Extremely rude. Other employees will simply give you a dirty look for picking up a fresh towel after they folded them or even trying to go into the steam room. (In think I am entitled to these things, since im giving you MY MONEY). Rude management as well. These people all seem to be depressed and take their frustrations out on paying customers. At least fake a smile. So everyone.....you are better off spending your money elsewhere. This place is pure negativity and gives off a bullying vibe. Nothing like trying to workout and seeing pissed of employees staring at you from a distance.
