I was referred to GameChanger Athletics by a friend to help me help me bring my fitness to a new level. After a few months my wife was also drawn to the family like atmosphere and level of professionalism available from the team. Within months my wife and I quickly transformed into the best shape of our lives. The entire process we were meticulously monitored and mentored by our coaches and the rest of the team. With precise diets and work out regiments that were tailored to our life styles we were able to achieve a level that I did not think was possible with, what I believed to be, our genetics. Throughout our entire show prep they were supportive and responsive. There are not enough good things I can say about GCA that would truly reflect the quality of program they have built. I highly recommend GameChanger Athletics for anyone looking to enhance there physical fitness from an athletic prospective, someone looking to get into better shape, to the most serious fitness competitors looking to bring there physique to a level they only dreamed of.

I chose GCA for my contest prep. Not only was I given a meal plan and personal training sessions, I also found some of my best friends. Bill and Steph are great coaches and also great friends. 

If you're looking for anything from contest prep to general fitness help to athletic conditioning to gymnastics, Game Changer Athletics is THE place to go!
