This company is horrible....they only know what is script written for them...their customer service department needs help👎

Apria was a nightmare to deal with.  Poor service and no one knew what they were doing.  Waited 20 minutes on the phone and my call was transferred to 3 different people.  They finally serviced equipment after over 6 months after installation and then left the unit without a connecting hose.  Just a simple address change took 4 calls to get worked out.  So glad we could replace them!  Would not recommend them to anyone!  Only gave them one star because review wouldn't post with no stars.

The most difficult place to do business with either on the phone or in person. Given time they manage to work out my problems and requirements but it is never simple. They need a good office manager!
