I always feel at ease when I go in for my appointments. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend their services to anyone I know.

My son David moved out of the state last winter. On June 16th, 2015 I was called at work by the Dental office asking where Avid was for a Dental cleaning appointment. I told them that he no longer lives here and also asked why they didn't call to say he had an appointment. They didn't notify anyone that he had an appointment. If they had called me I would have told them he no longer lives here. A few days later they send a bill addressed to me in the mail for $50 for a missed appointment. I am not paying this and do not feel David should either. It is bad enough that these Dentists are charging high prices, now they are billing for work not done. I am sending out a certified letter today informing the practice that we are taking our Dental business elsewhere. I would like the general public to be aware of this practice that they are doing. I can understand if people are making a habit of missing appointments but this is ridiculous. The office girls cannot do there job with contacting patients about appointments so they blame the patients and bill for nothing. This staff is not doing their job. Be aware that this Practice is doing this. 5 Dental patients going to a better practice. Pick better staff for your office Stephen Bender.

They make you feel a part of the family. They are a great dental office. They are always helpful especially in an emergency- which I have had in the past. I would recommend them.
