This place is my favorite store. All the reviews from people who were unhappy about their return policy are pretentious; at they store they very clearly tell you their return policy and circle it on the receipt. Overall great store, I get all my clothes from here.

Omg the gal was so sweet that worked there and talked me into buying a Hobo handbag that is amazing! I don't know why you guys have a 1.5 star this store is awesome.

Let's start with the fact that the first time I went in there the girl working there was rude and had a teenage girl attitude, but I ignored that and continued shopping. I bought a shirt a couple weeks ago and when I got home realized it didn't fit. Now it's just over 2 weeks later and I come back to return it. Discovered that I had wasted my time because the once again rude girl working informed me their return policy is 14 days and I bought this 16 days ago. So now I'm left with a shirt I can't wear and will probably never give them business again, because of two bad experiences.

I purchased a dress this week.  I did not try it on in the store.  I have Lupus and sometimes I am not feeling well enough to try it on.  It did not fit properly, so my partner John and I returned to  the shop to trade it for a pair of baggie pants, sandals and a candle.  I was told since it was a sale item I could not return it.  It was in the original bag with all the tags intact.  It was even still wrapped in the tissue paper.  This is the first time I have ever had this problem, since I was diagnosed with Lupus four years ago.  I am very disappointed with the way this was handled.  I even tried to contact the owner/manager with no luck.  It is a shame since the color for all Lupus functions happens to be orange.
